Welcome to this exclusive 16 guests gastronomic event, together with Michelin Star Chef Tomeu Caldentey, in Biniagual (Mallorca), a 14 houses and a chapel belonging to a farmstead, a small private village located in the heart of the wine producing region of Binissalem. This refurbished agricultural estate is focused on wine production but also breeds sheep (500 head of cattle), grows cereals and forage for feeding its flock. Citrus (4.000 orange and lemon trees), olive and almond trees are also an important part of the estate, where around 2.000 trees (almond, carob, fig and grenadine trees) spread out over 180 hectares.
